Radisson Hotel

What We Did.

Radisson Hotel Group is an international hotel group. With 10 distinctive brands. More than 1,160 hotels are in operation and under development in EMEA and APAC.

Radisson Group had an existing Panoramic Power deployment. They required assistance in establishing a deployment strategy and best practice methodology, that would enable a centralised reporting mechanism across the portfolio and provide visibility of all utilities on a single, easy to use cloud-based platform.

Each site was audited virtually, engaging with Radisson site engineers to establish the existing Panoramic Power and site infrastructure. This engagement allowed us to highlight the shortfalls of the existing deployment and where additional hardware and commissioning would be required. Following this, all parties agreed the final scope of works and deliverables. This led to a succinct easy to use energy monitoring platform for the UK based operatives to report their utility consumption.
The Radisson UK Panoramic Power deployment, is now considered a blueprint for DES hospitality clients and serves as a demonstration of the best practice methodology in order to deliver practical, cost effective, energy monitoring that best suits this sector in all of its territories.

“Toby King and Nate Jackson at Direct Energy Solutions have been instrumental in allowing us to successfully deploy Panoramic Power and to utilise the system to its full potential, providing meaningful insights into the weekly and monthly consumption trends within the UK portfolio. The system allows us to monitor real time energy consumption, validate our utility spend and deliver energy savings. By giving each site maintenance team direct access to the tools in PowerRadar, the team are empowered with the ability to set up alerts, virtual meter points, additional reporting and instil behaviours that ultimately reduce energy consumption. We also use the Panoramic Power solution to validate ROI’s on our Energy projects.”
