We partnered with the North East Autism Society (NEAS) to support their complex, multi-site energy needs, improve visibility of consumption, reduce operational costs and contribute to the development of their major community project, New Warlands Farm.
NEAS is one of the largest education and care providers for autistic children, young people and adults in the North East, operating numerous sites with high and varied energy demands.
Rising consumption, fragmented contracts and a lack of centralised visibility created significant operational pressure, especially for energy-intensive services such as the heated swimming pool at Eric Cliff School.
At the same time, NEAS is expanding its support through Employment Futures, requiring sustainable, cost-efficient solutions to operate new facilities at New Warlands Farm.

NEAS now has strategic clarity over its entire energy portfolio, improved cost control and a stronger foundation for reducing consumption across its estate.
Our partnership has also extended beyond energy management, enabling us to contribute to fundraising, sustainability work and the development of New Warlands Farm — a project set to provide meaningful employment opportunities for around 75 autistic individuals each year.
This marks the beginning of a long-term, purpose-driven relationship, supporting NEAS in delivering greater social impact while operating more efficiently and sustainably.
